1: How long is your delivery time?
If the goods are in stock, it usually takes 1-3 days. If the goods are not in stock, it will be 20-30 days, depending on the quantity.

2: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
We’d like to provide free samples for standard fasteners, but clients need to pay the express charges.

3: What is your payment term?
Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T,70% before shipment. For small order less than1000USD, would suggest you pay 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges.
